It’s time to celebrate your survivorship!

National Cancer Survivor’s Day takes place every year on the first weekend in June. At Novant Health Buddy Kemp Cancer Support Center, we have a philosophy that while we’re here to address the emotional impact of cancer on survivors and their families, it is equally important for us to help them understand the importance of setting aside a special time to celebrate and honor survivorship.

Survivor’s Day at Buddy Kemp will take place this year on Sunday, June 1, from 2 to 4 p.m. We go to great lengths to ensure that survivors and family members of all ages – from one to 101 – enjoy the day. There really is something for everyone! From local vendors to chair massages, children’s games and tasty treats, we do what we can to make the day memorable.
