Bookmark and Share Spaghetti casserole

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 package whole-wheat spaghetti
  • 2 cups no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 1 cup 2% reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup 98% fat-free, 30% reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13-inch pan, layer ingredients as follows: spaghetti, sauce (save some for topping), cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of mushroom soup and the rest of the sauce. Bake for one hour.
